Shipping policy

Collection is available for all items at our studio showroom in Mullumbimby, NSW by appointment only. 

Small Items

Local pickup to be made within 1 week of purchase.

Shipping is also available via courier at a flat rate of $20 per purchase. 

You will receive tracking notification as soon as your order has dispatched. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Furniture & Bulky/Heavier Items

Local pickup to be made within 4 days of purchase.

Delivery is available to Byron Shire & Southern Gold Coast for an extra charge of $70. For all other regions, we can help organise freight Australia wide. 

Please note for Furniture and heavier items, you will not be charged freight at checkout as they require a personalised quote which is determined by the size and delivery location of your order. Once your order is placed at checkout and received on our end we will endeavour to request a freight quote within 48 hours and make contact with you for approval.
