As we work with vintage and second hand pieces, Wilde Goods can not accomodate returns or cancellations.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We have a 2-day refund policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a refund if the item has arrived damaged or if it is an incorrect item.

To start a refund, you can send us a photo of the damaged item  at hello@wildegoodsvintage.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your photo, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
